1.What are your delivery times over August Bank Holiday?
Any orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday the 26th August, will not be delivered until Tuesday 1st June
2. What cleaning products do you sell?
We sell a wide range of cleaning supplies, including washroom products, wiping cloth, soaps and skincare, cleaning chemicals, mopping and floor care, cleaning equipment and waste management.
3. Who do you sell to?
We sell to anyone who requires cleaning products. Typically our customers are small businesses, shops, schools, hospitals, and domestic users.
4. How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
If you place your order on our online shop before 2 PM Monday to Friday, you will receive it the next working day, except on the rare occasion where an item may be temporarily out of stock, in which case it will be delivered as soon as it is back in stock at our warehouse.
5.How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and also Paypal.
6.What brands do you sell?
We sell many well-known brands including Kleenex, Whisper, Lambi, Scott, Katrin, Andarta, Tork, Purell, Deb, Gojo, Mr Muscle, Flash, Pledge, Brillo, Fairy, Finish, Daz, Persil, Numatic, Johnson, and many more.
7. Do I have to pay a carriage charge for next day delivery?
No, if your order is over £50 (exc VAT) then there is no carriage charge - for small orders, below £50, there is a charge of £5.25. Please note that this is for mainland UK orders only – orders outside of mainland UK will be subject to an additional carriage charge which can be advised once an order is received.
